How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to theknotstory.studio@gmail.com with the subject line "Personal Data Deletion Request", or message us via WhatsApp at 7011437779.
2. Specify the phone number or email address associated with your previous enquiries or orders.
3. Our compliance team will acknowledge your request within 48 business hours and complete the deletion of your personal records from our databases within 30 days.

Legal Exceptions

Please note that certain financial and tax records (such as GST sales invoices and shipping manifests) are required by Indian taxation statutes to be retained for the legally mandated statutory audit period.
